Service Scope
VPNWH provides a cross-border network acceleration subscription service, with international routes that can be configured by app. The service supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Client access, subscription details, and available routes are provided through the user panel.
The service includes the traffic allowance and usage benefits of the selected plan. It does not include membership in third-party websites, apps, or content platforms. Use of external platforms remains subject to their terms. Access to specific content may also depend on platform policies, account status, and local network conditions.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your account credentials, subscription link, and signed-in devices secure. Do not disclose or send subscription details to others. If you discover exposed credentials or unusual activity, change your password and explain the situation in a support ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online simultaneously, for the account holder's own connections across multiple devices. This does not permit account sharing with others. Reselling, renting, or distributing subscriptions, or using the service to provide network access to others, is prohibited.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Traffic bundles remain valid until used and never expire. See plan pricing for prices and allowances, and check the plan type and traffic rules before activation.
Lawful Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located and in the regions involved in their use of the service. The service must not be used for unlawful activities or to infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other lawful rights.
Using routes to conduct network attacks, malicious scanning, distribute malware, send spam, commit fraud, or access another person's system without authorization is prohibited. Users are responsible for the content they send, receive, and process. VPNWH provides network connectivity and does not grant permission to use third-party content or systems.
Availability and Scope of Responsibility
Network performance may be affected by local carriers, device configuration, maintenance, international links, and changes to third-party services. VPNWH does not guarantee that every route will be available at all times or that an external platform will continue to accept access from a particular exit point.
If you have connection issues, first consult troubleshooting to check your client and routing settings, then send feedback through a support ticket. VPNWH will help investigate or adjust routes as appropriate. Account actions and content policies of third-party platforms are not determined by this service.
Interruptions caused by force majeure or external network failures will be handled according to the circumstances. Liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law is not waived by these terms, nor do these terms affect any rights users have under applicable law.
Refund Policy and Requests
You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. Sign in to the user panel to submit a support ticket, explain your refund request, and provide the relevant order information so we can verify the payment and process your request.
A connection issue is not required to request a refund. Do not include your password, full subscription link, or sensitive payment details in your ticket. We will communicate refund progress and any requests for additional information through the ticket. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel; no fixed arrival time is promised.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
In cases of unlawful use, subscription resale or sharing, network attacks, or other serious violations of these terms, VPNWH may restrict connections, suspend service, or terminate an account based on the level of risk. If activity appears unusual, users may be asked to provide an explanation through a support ticket. Users who disagree with an outcome may submit relevant information for review. Service actions do not automatically waive any refund or other rights available under applicable law.
If the service scope or usage rules change, VPNWH will update this page and announce significant changes and their effective dates on the site. Changes affecting existing paid benefits will be clearly communicated; updates to these terms will not retroactively reduce confirmed refund commitments.
