Privacy Policy
This policy explains how VPNWH handles information across its website, user panel and subscription services. Information needed to manage accounts is handled separately from content accessed through international routes; accessed content is not collected as part of service operations.
Account Data and Its Uses
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. VPNWH processes usernames, password verification data and login status for authentication, subscription management and account security. Email is not required for registration. If you choose to provide an email in a support ticket, it is used only to handle that request and is not added to a marketing contact list.
When you use the panel, subscription status, summarized data usage and support ticket content are used to provide your subscription, display usage allowances and resolve issues. Usage summaries are used only for billing and allowance management and do not include a list of websites visited. Avoid including passwords, full subscription links or sensitive payment details in support tickets.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
VPNWH follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing history, accessed content or DNS query history, and it does not create records linking accounts to browsing destinations.
During a connection, information needed to forward requests is used only to process that connection. VPNWH does not persistently store connection logs that can be linked to a user's identity, including session records combining source IP addresses, destination addresses and connection times. Temporary session information is not retained as a browsing record after a connection ends.
Account authentication, order and total data usage records are still handled under this policy; they are not browsing logs. Troubleshooting relies first on error messages, client settings and information users choose to provide. Browsing history is not required.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page readership, referral sources and feature usage. This may involve page addresses, browser types, device categories and interaction events. Analytics relate to use of the website and panel, not websites accessed through international routes. Sensitive credentials should not be submitted as analytics fields.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain necessary sessions and save login credentials and language preferences. Login credentials are used to verify your identity with the panel and should be protected as carefully as your account password. Log out after using a shared device and clear site storage if needed.
You can restrict cookies or delete local storage in your browser settings. You may need to log in again or reselect your preferences afterward; restricting essential storage may affect panel features.
Order Records and Third-Party Payments
Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, transaction identifier and refund outcome. They are used to confirm receipt of payment, activate benefits, reconcile accounts and resolve disputes. Alipay / WeChat / USDT payments are handled by the relevant third-party provider; VPNWH receives the payment result needed to confirm the order.
Information handled by third-party payment pages or tools is subject to their own policies. Check the amount and recipient details before confirming payment. Do not submit payment passwords or wallet private keys in support tickets. VPNWH does not sell account data or provide it to third parties for their own marketing. Where disclosure is legally required, only the necessary information is provided.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide subscription services. Support ticket data is retained until the issue and any necessary follow-up checks are resolved. Analytics are deleted or de-identified once their purpose has been fulfilled; identifiable information is not retained indefinitely.
Order and refund data may need to be retained for account reconciliation, dispute resolution or applicable legal requirements. It is kept only as long as those obligations require, then deleted or anonymized. Closing an account does not expand the scope of data retention.
Log in to the user panel and use Support Tickets to request access to, correction of or deletion of account-related data. VPNWH will verify account ownership and explain the scope of the request. Deleting an account may affect continued use of an existing subscription. If records must be retained by law or to resolve outstanding matters, we will explain why and limit their use.
Policy Updates and Privacy Questions
When service features or data handling practices change, VPNWH will update this page and the update month shown at the top. Important changes to processing purposes, data scope or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where consent is legally required, it will be obtained separately.
For questions about the purpose or retention basis for specific data, or the progress of a deletion request, contact us through a user panel support ticket. See the Terms of Service for service usage limits.
